By using New Vegas: Online you accept these terms of service:

1. No Refunds

All purchases or payments made in relation to the Mod are final. No refunds will be issued directly. You still may be eligible for a refund of your subscription if the product has major technical issues.

2. Closed Source

The Mod is proprietary software. The source code is not publicly available and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or reverse-engineered without explicit written permission from the author. NVO will still try to release code, but we cannot ensure it's stable, properly functioning or complete. Parts of code released may be cut out due to security concerns.

3. Usage License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Mod for personal entertainment purposes only. Any commercial use, resale, or distribution of the Mod is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

The Mod is provided "as-is." The author is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or issues caused by using the mod. Use at your own risk.

5. Updates and Support

Updates may be provided at the author’s discretion. There is no obligation to provide ongoing support, updates, or compatibility fixes.
